Facebook Starts Rolling Out Support for Live Photos for iOS

Written by

It’s been about 3 months since Apple released “Live photos” on iPhone 6s and 6s plus. Live photos are supposed to add a dash of life to your memory. But how bad if you can not share these photos on Facebook? You might not face that problem again. Because Facebook is rolling out the ability to view and share live photos from their iOS app, starting from today.

Live photos will be viewable from any iPhone running iOS 9, but you can only upload if you are the owner of iPhone 6s and 6s plus.

Some people will be able to view and upload live photos from today, while many others will have to wait until new year.
